Get Involved
Getting involved is as simple as strapping on a pair of hiking boots and hitting the trail or attending one of the Nature Center’s hundreds of programs. You’ll immediately feel the sense of connection and belonging to a spectacular group of people that are working to preserve, conserve and educate all while having a wonderful time.
Become a Member
Joining the Nature Center is a great way to get involved. Members help to financially support land protection and educational programming for children and adults.
Volunteer
One of the best ways to become involved is to volunteer. It is extremely rewarding, helps welcome thousands of visitors and manage beautiful land. These are just a few of our volunteer opportunities. There are many more experiences available.
- Leading children in outdoor learning
- Serving on committees or the Board of Directors
- Helping maintain trails and grounds
- Helping at the Maple Syrup Festival, Honey Fest or other family events
- Helping the Guild at Nature’s Noel and the Plant Sale
- Caring for bluebird houses
Give
Members help to financially support land protection and educational programming, as do hundreds of donors. Contributions to the Nature Center are tax deductible. They provide tangible support and give donors the satisfaction of knowing their money is being used to introduce children to our natural environment and to enhance the ecological health of the land.
